David A. Erhart
Mr. Erhart’s practice focuses on transactional and business matters, estate planning, and estate administration matters. Mr. Erhart routinely advises closely-held businesses and their owners from organization to maturity in a variety of matters, including securities, mergers and acquisitions, financing, commercial contracts, succession planning, and restructuring.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Erhart served as judicial law clerk for Deputy Chief Justice Lisabeth T. Hughes of the Supreme Court of Kentucky (ret.) and as an Assistant Commonwealth’s Attorney prosecuting felony crimes that occurred in Louisville, Kentucky.
When not spending time with his family, Mr. Erhart enjoys photography, woodworking, and professional sports.
