Ross G. Wilson
Mr. Wilson is an associate at Hume Law where his practice is dedicated to advising businesses in all aspects of general corporate and business law matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, real estate, and estate planning.
Mr. Wilson earned his J.D. from the Northern Kentucky University Salmon P. Chase College of Law and his bachelor’s degree from Centre College. In law school, Mr. Wilson focused his studies on corporate transactional law where he participated in the Northern Kentucky University Small Business & Non-Profit Clinic advising business owners and non-profits throughout various stages of entity formation and business transactions. Mr. Wilson also served as Senior Editor for the Northern Kentucky Law Review, was a member of the Center for Law and Entrepreneurship, and interned for the Kentucky Supreme Court and U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio.
Mr. Wilson maintains an active lifestyle and enjoys spending his free time with family and friends.
